I can imagine that they are getting crushed right now with hundreds of thousands of panicked emails. However, ANY kind of response would have lowered anxiety levels for me.
It is good that Jason got back to you so quickly. My guess is, this is crunch time for these guys. They really (and i mean really) need to focus on getting this ball rolling.
