The question is, has the company taken a completely different direction, one that is purely Biotech, or is it just a matter of misinterpreting what they've said.
If they intend to be a pure biotech, then we are speaking a few years at best for FDA approval, perhaps slightly less time in other places. The problem is, this leaves nothing but questions as to how, and why.
The how is monetary, without dramatically more funding they cannot possible pay for Phase 2 and 3 testing. I do not know how they intend to raise this money.
The why is even less certain, what is preventing them from putting the cream and other products on the market as others are in the cannabis sector as they planned, and that would fund the clinical testing to gain full approval.
The company needs to tell us what they're planning for the future. They have said many positive things are coming later this year, they need to explain.
