NEWS - Fernhill's RK Super Goes International
GLOBENEWSWIRE 9:30 AM ET 4/17/2018

CARLSBAD, Calif., April 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via OTC PR WIRE -- Fernhill Beverage, Inc.(FHBC) , is proud to announce that on April 5thThe Company completed its first international distribution agreement.

After months of negotiations, Fernhill Beverage(FHBC) has entered into an agreement with one of the largest and most respected non-alcoholic beverage distributors in Northern Mexico. The distributor of Soda, Energy Drinks, Juices and Waters has agreed to add RK Super to its sizeable portfolio of domestic and imported products. The distributor currently services over 25,000 locations including Grocery stores, Convenient stores, Fuel stations and many other retail outlets.

Logistics of the product being distributed and sold in Mexico are currently being coordinated. The RK Super label is being redesigned to include information in both English and Spanish. Due to the costly import tariffs placed on products manufactured in The United States and imported into Mexico, and due to the necessity of a limited price point, having the product manufactured in Mexico for the Mexican market is essential. Fernhill Beverage(FHBC) is currently in negotiations with 3 different bottling facilities. Due to the fact that The Company's bottles, labels and caps are currently being produced in Mexico, a relationship with a co-packer in Mexico is logical. This arrangement is being aided by The Company's ongoing relationships with The Company's current bottle supplier. Although production for the Mexican market will be facilitated in Mexico, this arrangement will not impact production for the United States and Canadian Markets.

Fernhill Beverage, Inc. (FHBC) expects to deliver the first shipment of product to the distributor in mid-June for a July launch. The initial distribution will be concentrated in the Coastal areas of Baja Mexico where the population is dense, and the residents are more affluent than average. Once RK Super is distributed throughout Northern Mexico, the distribution company will introduce the product in the mass market areas such as Mexico City and Vera Cruz. Fernhill Beverage(FHBC), along with the Distributor will be collaborating on an 18-month plan of action to best infiltrate the Mexican market.

Fernhill Beverage (FHBC) expects initial revenue to be roughly $27,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month for approximately 3 months with revenues increasing rapidly from there. The initial distribution necessary to complete the fulfilment channel is expected to be 5,000 to 6,000 12-pack cases of RK Super per month. Once the distribution matures, Fernhill Beverage(FHBC) expects volume to increase to 20,000 30,000 12-pack cases per month creating an average income of $130,000.00 -$150,000.00 monthly. This would increase Fernhill Beverage's(FHBC) annual revenues by approximately $1,500,000.00 to $1,800,000.00 per year.

"This is a welcome unexpected distribution channel. We are constantly working to increase distribution channels and by definition, increasing revenues. This opportunity presented itself due to our established relationships in the industry. We would like to thank our vendors and our partners for their help and guidance in this matter," states Larry Twombly; Fernhill Beverage's(FHBC) Chairman.
