There will be a vote on Wednesday for r/s and a/s increase. A/S currently maxed out at about 500 mill. Insiders only hold about 14% so most are voting NO. So currently no dilution and mms are fighting for shares. If this gets a no vote on Wednesday this will pop to .15-.25 lots the in pipeline as well closing on second hospital end of May with 90 revs.
