I'm not positive, but I believe that Emilia can do everything themselves. I.E. they can extract all the components from the cannabis that go into any of the OWCP Products. With all the components extracted, they can then formulate any of the products using other non cannabis materials to form the cream, sublingual tablets, or anything else that OWCP has in development. To my knowledge, they aren't growing the cannabis, but I believe they can take the harvested cannabis and turn it into all the products that OWCP is developing.
I know their are companies selling the CNB, THC and other extracts from cannabis as oils or other products, but I believe if you want to control the purity and quality of the components you're best off extracting them yourself. I've gathered that many people who've had bad experiences with cannabis have learned that the problem was quality related. I don't know how as a buyer of cannabis products that it's possible to know the quality if you have no knowledge about the supplier.
