Gloating? Those dirty criminals set my retirement back at least three years. I have a family member who sold the day after the Rosen lawsuit for a massive loss out of fear (it ended up being a pretty good call to get out at 1.70 but that's beside the point...she won't be back in for the return to new highs). How many thousands will die because of their article and frivolous lawsuit?
