Does anyone have any information on Ian Brewster??

Does anyone have any information on Ian Brewster?? Going back and looking at the Q and other DD, it seems like he is a big part behind the scenes of this thing? Potentially the guy who designed the phone, yet nothing really has been discussed. Anytime it is brought up on other board people just get into argument about how Comet phone failed. Any of you DD experts have any info on Mr. Brewster? Background? Connections? Etc. Thanks guys!
