Sorry but I totally disagree with all posters that removal of CE is the most important item on NTEK's agenda. While extremely important it may be # 3 or 4 on their list of near term objectives.
Securing of the funding dwarfs everything else. Without the funding there is NO A-list content. Without A-list content there is no revenue growth and most likely a (strategic delay) of the 3.0 release. Without funding there is most likely no 4K studio expansion and other planned growth and expansion opportunities.
Let me put this in simple terms. IF IF IF .... NTEK announced next week a partial distribution of the funding has been received with the remaining expected in 30 days, and LS and all other legal issued were resolved BUT they were still waiting on the removal of the CE this might be the best opportunity of a lifetime to buy a pink sheet co!!! . There would be very few new buyers outside of our small group of longs but you would know an explosion was imminent in the PPS once the CE was removed and new buyers came flooding in.
The 2nd scenario where NTEK announces the CE has been removed but there is no confirmation of the funding then we go FUK'N nowhere and we are basically in the same place prior to the CE.
ITS ALL ABOUT THE FUNDING AND NOTHING ELSE! As a NTEK long I truly expect and demand the receipt of at least a portion of the funding to be announced this week. If I hear what I expect to hear than I may take out a 2nd mortgage and buy up 1/2 the O/S before NTEK begins their BB program.
