They are...I trade them with cash thru a margin account. Like I said...I don't know if a regular cash account with etrade will allow you to transfer $ from your bank & immediately trade OTC stocks...or not. I got this margin account years ago to side step the holding period...so I could buy something instantly...regardless if it's marginable.
