Etrade...margin account...trade it as cash account. Get a verified link to your bank...then, it takes about 5 seconds to transfer your $ from bank & you can trade non-marginable OTC stocks immediately. Transferring $ after sale usually takes 1 day, as long as the $ has been in your account or in a stock for 3 days to clear.
