7 1/2 days. Ridiculous. It was a test really to see just how long it would take to move funds from my regular cash account to my IRA just for reference. They had a few irate phone calls from me believe you me. And NO free trades either lol.
Otherwise ameritrade is working out pretty well for me.
I made the mistake of closing positions and transferring my funds when I closed out tradeking to start up a new Scottrade account, during the transfer ACAD took off without me. If I switch accounts again THAT account will be fully funded before I do anything!
Someone mentioned E-trade would be better.
