How? Have they told you that? Or are they giving you the Heisman? I mean seriously.... there is zero evidence that anyone is working hard. There is only evidence that we expect they are working hard.
What are they working on? What are their goals? Do they know? Just a few short months ago a deal they were involved in ended - for whatever reason - at whatever cost - and definitely at the opportunity cost of NOT doing a purchase and going the cert route....
Since then, ask yourself what have they accomplished. They are like TEN reports behind... what? They couldn’t file, like, ONE of them in the last four months?
So what have they accomplished- they made two board announcements and couldn’t bother to update the website correctly. Hell I do the site for our youth football org... changes are easy if you are working towards them.
If the value of share price reflected the value of of the belief in the effort they are making, we would be rich.
But we are not - this board is a great place to come and get the warm and fuzzies. Especially when the other board is sewage.... the reality is - we know nothing.... we assume and expect, rationalize and excuse. What we need to do is hold people accountable and expect that the effort is being made - but we have no way to tell....
