Realistic Thoughts

Question is WHY?
There are a lot of factors in play here.
For one, the phone release was big news and despite the crowd indicating that it was a "fail phone", that is simply not true. The specs compared to any other phone on the market, including the top tier phones such as IPhone, Samsung and Google are comparable or exceed them. 16 MP phone back AND front is better than the best camera phone on the market, 192 storage is right up there with the highest tier phones as well as the dual sim card and 4 GB of ram. The battery is amazing and the phone has a slick look with a 6' screen. Not to mention the fact that it will be half the price point of the leading phones on the market and will be marketed to a huge economy of wealth in India.
Second, the company recently had the news promoted on Cycloides Facebook page advertising that they were a strategic partner.
Third, the video showed us that the camera was going to be a Sony camera which leaves a lot of questions towards what the existing partnerships/acquisitions there are, if any and if there will be more coming soon. The company has been saying that they hope to have some acquisition deals in the near future and being as they are a start up cell phone company, deals with telecom companies seems extremely likely and logical.
Four, the company has already stated and documented that they will be changing their ticker name to UTOP and we are currently waiting on it to be finalized with FINRA. Unfortunately we do not know if this is in the works and it has not appeared on FINRA site as of yet. People do have to realize that this is a significant move and needs to be done at the right moment to be effective. The company cannot just change the ticket name because the PPS is falling. They need to do it so it lines up when they start marketing their product fully.
Five, the company has very little debt sitting at 37k. Now this might not be a lot but given they don't have any money, it seems to be a bigger deal in some eyes. The fact of the matter is, if the company acquires deals with telecom companies and other reputable companies in the market, making money wont be as hard. Yes they need money to make the cell phones but if the blue prints are there and they have huge advisers and market leaders on their team, many companies will see a huge opportunity to join forces to make a lot of money.
So considering all these awesome things that are happening and the awesome things in the pipeline, why the hell is the PPS dropping?
Well there are a lot of things that are happening on the back end to effect this. To start off the company said that there would not be dilution, but the simple truth to this is that there was massive dilution and MM play at work with billions of shares.
Sites as of Ihub and other forums have been massively attacking this stock in a coordinated effort to drop the PPS down as far as they can. In my experience, when there are paid bashers on a stock, especially when there are over 6-7 of them, that is a huge significant sign that there is interest in the stock. Why would so many people be paid money to make a stock look bad when there are so many good things coming out? Simple answer here is the correct one as no other answer makes any sense. They are trying to get people to give up their shares to MM's and investors so that a ton of money can be made constantly flipping the stock. The fact that this company is so solid means the price is a guaranteed rise and if you can drop the PPS and get in cheap you are for sure going to be able to sell at a higher PPS. Unfortunately people are very susceptible to this type of attack and have been selling shares at mass quantities.
Given that there is a lot of unknowns to this stock, manipulation is extremely easy. Currently we have a gagged TA, the product is only in video and not on shelves, the company has yet to release news for big partnerships, name change has not happened and they have no money. Combine these worries with professional bashers and the site of the PPS dropping on a daily, you have the winning combination of panic sellers and disbelievers.
My final point here is that i am a huge fan of this company and have been buying the shares, all the way to when it hit .005. I am not falling for the things that are happening and i do believe this company will be big in time. Even the smallest most unsuccessful cell phone companies such as Blackberry, still have a PPS in the dollars. I also do think that the company needs to seriously consider working harder on their marketing team and the plans they have going. Given they are being attacked daily from thousands of people they shouldn't panic and not respond. They need to figure out a way to bring back hope into those that were weak hands and lost interest. Releasing a video of your phone and not following up with any other PR or comments is completely unacceptable and is one of the biggest reasons why these bashers are taking advantage of the stock, because the company is making it easy for them.
It will be interesting to see what happens today with the new SEC ruling and BMIC. Either way i am a Utopian and i support the company and will continue to do so, but i will not sit here and pretend that there are not some serious issues going on. Being bias into a situation doesnt help anyone and should be partnered up with negatives as well as the positives.
Only way we grow is by recognizing our flaws and working to improve them. Communication is key and is required for any company to be successful. Just like in Gladiator, "win the crowd, you win your freedom"
