Some have commented that access to financing may be difficult for companies like mmex going forward, but I respectfully disagree. I think this particular cas has ramafacations for that particular company, but mmex could make a financing agreement (notes or whatever) with another company but use another MM for shares, should BMIC be an issue.

The rules on carrying backing for a loan are still in question.
