Yes,, and not only SA, but I'm hoping that Gemalto will now throw in the towel, since they now have a buyout offer on the table! They need to clean up any ugly lawsuits pending, such as with SFOR, in order to enhance how good they look in preparation for the buyout! Success of our appeal will be the trigger to resolve all remaining lawsuits IMHO! It will also open the door for the naming of the next batch of defendants! The infringement ATM will remain active!!! :
I believe that as we go into the summer months, the seasonal heat and judicial heat will bring to a close the current lawsuits which are under the court's stay due to the errant California ruling and dear little Alice101!!! Alice will be eliminated, the stay will be lifted, and settlement monies will be headed our way immediately thereafter!
I'm normally not a "summer person", but this year is different, thanks to SFOR!!!
