Startups are placed in an intense fast-paced real-world business management program that using the startups themselves as a case study from which to learn and, as they say in Techstars, “do more faster.” After companies meet an abundance of mentors, participate in workshops and presentations, gain traction, iterate, rinse, repeat, they then pitch their company to 500+ potential investors.
