Safer Shot, Inc., incorporated on December 13, 2007, is a development-stage company. The Company is engaged in the development, manufacturing, marketing and sales of non-lethal hand held weapons. The Company has developed a range of non-lethal weapons that utilize a kinetic projectile cartridge. The weapon system incapacitates an assailant without the risk of inflicting serious injury or death. The silicon coated projectile ruptures on impact producing a putty-like substance that disables a target without breaking skin or entering the body. The Company's products include the Safer Shot Bouncer Cartridge System, Safer Shot Bouncer M-22, Safer Shot Mini and Safer Shot Bouncer M-11. The Company also offers stun gun, dissuader laser illuminator and pepper spray. M-26 advanced Taser fires over two probes approximately 21 feet using a replaceable air cartridge. The probes are connected to the weapon by high voltage insulated wire. The handheld laser flashlight generates a bright beam of red light. The light, dissuades adversaries by temporarily blinding them. The Company has not generated revenues from its operations.

The Safer Shot Bouncer Cartridge System

The Company's Safer Shot Bouncer Cartridge System uses kinetic energy to incapacitate a target at handgun range. The Safer Shot cartridge is a silicon-coated spherical projectile, on impact the projectile breaks into a putty-like substance, preventing it from breaking the skin, entering the body or creating any long-term injury to the assailant. At the same time, the effect of the cartridge causes pain and immediate incapacitation, temporarily disabling an assailant, allowing them to be brought under control.

Safer Shot Bouncer M-22

The dual shot BouncerM-22 gives the shooter the opportunity to fire, switch barrels and fire again. The BouncerM-22 is designed to rest in the palm of a user's hand, where it can be directed intuitively like a flashlight. Cocking is done by pulling back the handle of the device.

Safer Shot Mini

The single shot mini is designed for self-defense. It is ambidextrous. The Mini fits in a user's purse or pocket.

Safer Shot Bouncer M-11

Safer Shot Bouncer M-11 is a dual shot add-on firing device designed for use with a handgun. The Bouncer M-11 is mounted on a service weapon, and enables police, security or military personnel to carry a single weapon capable of responding to a non-lethal, escalating or lethal environment.
