FINALLY !!! Thanks for sharing. I heard talks about this awhile ago and forgot about it thinking it would probably never be implemented glad this is now getting put in place. I hope all the shorts lose their asses trying to cover with the limits imposed. Alpine has been profiting off the backs of true investors for far to long that are invested in legit companies like ONCI since they just had free will to manipulate how they saw fit. Price correction for ONCI and all the other OTC tickers that have potential will finally be able to start.
