Respectfully, I appreciate your harsh opinions. However opinions related to SB's motivation will always be debatable regardless of any rational explanations.
In response to your post:
Referencing my previous post. If SB is a man of his word, he is very invested in the financial futures of his family and friends. What is good for the PPS is good for everybody.
Also, you are leaving out 1 major goal that somebody like the CEO would be very concerned with, but not necessarily shareholders. That is the buyout, as stated by SB directly. He clearly intends to hold his shares through the buyout. With 100,000,000 shares, he makes a million bucks for every penny. Where would we be at the time of a buyout... not to mention whatever compensation the CEO would receive from a buyout, that the shareholders wouldn't.
As I see it, he has more motivation to complete the FINRA approval/Name change and share reduction, than not to. That would be the motivation of setting up his entire network of family and friends for early retirement (and to not let them down).
