Most brokers now show Level 2, it's just a matter of finding on their streamer.
BUT --
my broker's Level 2 and the https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/IPIX/quote Level 2 hardly ever agree, and people tell me about orders they have in which never display. Mine usually don't show up in either place.
So, they market makers manipulate the Level 2 to try to make it look like there is no demand for the stock. I can guarantee you that this is not true, and that there ARE orders in that are just being withheld from the view of small investors.
