The initial contract for the Mexican deal would provide $7.2 Million for 2018, not the first quarter of 2018. They'll transfer half up front and half upon total fulfillment.
Until the pending litigation against Lili Li and LSW Holdings has been heard in December, we'll not likely know everything about the Catskills turf, but serious investors in Rocky Mountain High Brands aren't concerned. It's not even a factor to consider as meaningful to the future of the company or it's brands. The shares that should be returned to the treasury are another story, and the company should be victorious.
