After yesterday's very small increase in share price, this morning has not seen any additional activity. Maybe potential and/or current investors are spending some of their valuable time researching Mr. Donald James McDowell. (APRIL 30)
With respect to Mr. Donald James McDowell, everything that I have read (A LOT!!!!) suggests that he is a upfront adventurer who is willing to take calculated risks. Both his (reported) lifestyle and business acumen suggest that he enjoys a good deal of success. I HAVE contacted Mr. McDowell and was surprised at how quickly he responded to my questions. I am impressed by his response time AND his candor. (APRIL 30)
I am POSITIVE that IF Don McDowell is provided a free hand with the New Enterprise mine development AND operation, investors will, at the minimum, be kept informed of the Good Times and the Bad Times. I do not foresee that he or his subordinates will continue an activity that produces nothing for shareholders/investors. (APRIL 30)
There MAY have been a slight reset to MY attitude clock. The addition of Don McDowell will allow a few more minutes of review (on my part) to judge the veracity of Press Releases and the activities at the New Enterprise mine site and others. IF the Press Releases are few and far in between AND say nothing but the old BS, I will return to critique each and every word in the Press Release. (APRIL 30)
I am POSITIVE that the clock has been reset BUT the clock is STILL ticking. There WILL NOT be another 20 PLUS YEARS of waiting for something positive and productive to occur. There WILL NOT even be another MONTH of silence on my part IF there is nothing but silence on the part of Pershing Resources for the next 30 days. One can hope that shareholders are not covered with BS again BUT it will be noted IF and WHEN it happens...again. (APRIL 30)
