When i ask for help in looking something up its not bc i'm incapable -its bc i have limited time and didnt want to research that in the middle of writing a post-am i the only one who has to work for a living? so i wouldnt have to look it up myself which i now have to do anyway -you didnt even mention the date of your reference.
the update you reference was dec 6,2016, long after the pps jumped from 4 to 8c Aug 11-16,2016 and jumped from 8 to 21c Oct 19 to 25,2016.
By 12-6-16 pps was falling to .123 to .105 that day and continued to fall after the update you reference to 7-10c range on 1-10-17.
