One has to wonder what enticed DONALD JAMES MCDOWELL to join with Pershing Resources Corporation, Inc. Common share holders have not heard/read anything that suggests a massive change to the 20 PLUS YEARS of NON-productivity. (APRIL 30)
Yeah, 'something' is alleged to be happening at the New Enterprise mine location near Kingman, AZ. The only 'something' that common share holders are aware of is that a 'site survey' has taken place and that results may/will be announced at the end of April. The 'results' will provide the information necessary to continue to Phase 2, IF the results are viewed as POSITIVE by the Corporate BOD. (APRIL 30)
Donald James McDowell appears to be someone with an interest in mining. According to several internet sites, Donald James McDowell has established many claims in Nevada as well as working (funding???) at least one foreign mining operation. He appears to have some knowledge of LODE precious metals mining. His mining claims in Nevada are very close to the Marco Claims of Pershing Resources. (APRIL 30)
Investors may question WHY the BLACKRIDGE INVESTMENT FIRM has not been in Pershing Resources' Press Releases for approximately 2 years. Investors MAY remember that Blackridge had proposed investing UP TO $1 Million for UP TO 10% of Pershing Resource Common Shares.....IF Pershing Resources got all the REQUIRED paperwork completed and SEC approved. THAT WAS TWO YEARS AGO, What is the CURRENT STATUS of Blackridge and Pershing Resources? (APRIL 30)
