ASSUMING that this is the case with DONALD JAMES MCDOWELL of the band, REBEL HEARTS (again, ASSUMING that this is the same individual associated with America's Gold Exploration Corp), then the POSSIBILITY of funding for the development of the NEW ENTERPRISE MINE in Arizona becomes more of a reality.
