NOTHING can be found that specifically references PRODUCTIVE MINING ACTIVITIES but there are several references to POSSIBLE ownership of MINING CLAIMS LOCATED IN NEVADA.

The name DONALD JAMES MCDOWELL is also associated with the COUNTRY BAND, REBEL HEARTS. Donald James McDowell is a songwriter and member of the Rebel Hearts Band. The Band has had a degree of success on the Country Music Charts and appears to have a large following.

I could not find any reference to MINING and/or EXPLORATION companies owned or associated with DONALD JAMES MCDOWELL that listed more than ONE principal (Donald James McDowell).

POSSIBILITIES AND ASSUMPTIONS BASED UPON THE POTENTIAL WEALTH OF DONALD JAMES MCDOWELL

Financial backing for mine development and production has continued to be one of the weak points for Pershing Resources Company, Inc.. Popular Musicians AND Bands may accumulate large sums of disposable funds, some of which may be invested in HIGH RISK/HIGH REWARD opportunities. ASSUMING that this is the case with DONALD JAMES MCDOWELL of the band, REBEL HEARTS (again, ASSUMING that this is the same individual associated with America's Gold Exploration Corp), then the POSSIBILITY of funding for the development of the NEW ENTERPRISE MINE in Arizona becomes more of a reality. Investors can hope that the NEW ENTERPRISE MINE is developed and PRODUCTION occurs in a very short period of time followed by SALES and PROFITABILITY. (APRIL 30)

I believe the FASTEST method of conformation is to DIRECTLY contact the BAND, REBEL HEARTS and ask to speak with DONALD JAMES MCDOWELL and reference Pershing Resources. For now, I WILL HOLD OFF contacting the Band and/or DONALD JAMES MCDOWELL. I am curious to see HOW MANY investors will take the time to make the call. Y'know....DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE. (APRIL 30)
