The beauty here is Galleon Quest will fund dives that already have proven to have Treasure as well as other global sites. Leg work has been done by others and have run out of money. Can they fund it elsewhere since they have proven it is worth the effort. Maybe but they won't be able to get a team like ours with the experience they possess to do it.
