I believe that with the right news a dollar will be no problem, but it all depends on the news. While it's impossible to be certain, with the news from Israel that cannabis based drugs will be available from normal drug stores, I wouldn't be at all surprised if after the Safety Trial results are announced, OWCP is actually distributing the cream to the drug stores that can sell it. While it's clear they want partners to do this in most countries, i wouldn't be surprised if they kept Israel to themselves.
