I spent fifteen minutes today in a conversation with Mr. Barnhizer. I told him how we all appreciate his efforts to make NanoLogix work. He thanked me and then he laughed, and said he's still getting emails from shareholders who are complaining about paying $1.80 per share twenty years ago and why isn't the company making money from hydrogen? That's nine years before he took over.
Apparently the company spent the first thirteen years without selling anything. Now they sell FlatPacks of filled petri dishes. That's quite a move from no sales for thirteen years. My hat's off to the man, I wouldn't have stayed with it for eleven years with no pay other than shares he says are all in a stack of restricted stock certificates in his safety deposit box . I didn't know that neither he nor the officers of the company can unrestrict their shares and sell them unless they have current financials. So much for past statements and insinuations of the board enriching themselves with stock. You should try taking to him rather than posting the same tired lament.
I gave an explanation. All you ever post are accusations.
