I understand he does not want to jepordize any deal by violating the terms of a NDA or in the case of the Federal Government, a Confidentiality Statement. When he gets the go ahead by the Office of Primary Responsibility gor the contract he will PR, and not until then. At least we have his "Uptick News" interview timeframe. We will get that promised PR no later than 15 May. I trust Mark and can patiently wait until then.
