What position will the reversal of dismissal put Secure Authority in?
Do they want to go the distance and seek to duke it out in a costly trial? No!
Remember, Secure Authority legal team could come up with 1 point only to contested SFORs patent. Just 1 point to contest in SFOR Patent of 54 claims, and that was claim #53 . They tried to define the patent by that 1 claim.
Now when that 1 anemic claim is shot down in May by Judges. What legal standing does Secure Auth legal team have left to argue? None , they have nothing to argue. Its over. They will not seek a trial they have no evidence to contest.
Legally speaking Secure Authority will be at it's legal end, aka the Gallows , standing on the trap door, hands tied behind back, bag over head, noose around neck with executioner standing by lever waiting for Ropes and Grey to stop the process with a plead for settlement from the villain.
Secure Authority will then plead/beg to settle and join the rest of thieving infringers waiting to pay SFOR.
Secure Authority will then join the guilty group of Gemalto, Vasco, Dou Trustwave etc who are securing the substantial funds to pay SFOR in damages and future monthly revenues. Its estimated that Dou could pay as much as 20 million a month to SFOR.
Within a few months or so we could see the 1st wave of significant law suit money wired into SFORs bank account hitting the books. PPS Kaboom of Kabooms!
Next will be the additional patent infringement law suits commenced on an additional 15 to 20 or more infringers.
Oh Ropes and Grey will start off with a friendly notice that they are infringing and they should seek to initiate a legal license to use and pay for SFORs patented security products within a time period, or there will be a patent infringement law suits seeking treble damages will be initiated to have them stop and desist from using SFORs product.
In a month we will see some amazing things from various catalysts Black Safe, Revenues and law suits
