Talk about poor timing. I have a sister that will be undergoing neck and throat chemo/radiation starting in about 10 days. Figure we are still at least 2-3 months from having B-OM in sachets available to the general public on a possible BTD basis from the FDA. Of course, if they have to run the crystalline formulation for the sachet thru a clinical test prior to being able to release it I guess that would add more time. They are putting a feeding tube port into her stomach as they have already told her she will not be able to swallow, much less eat.
We are elated that she is expected to make a full recovery, but saddened to know the hell she is going to have to go thru which should be cured for most by B-OM in just a few months. Lucky for her, though, she has a nice stash of IPIX shares and knows when she does get better life should be very, very good to her.
