I have answered this question many times. I am here to comment on a company and it's stock. Hopefully you are here to do the same thing rather than to police the board and attack people that don't share your exact views?
Berman has 21 days to come up with the balance of the money to purchase Cogosense per his own timetable. I wonder if he can pull that rabbit out of his hat? If he doesn't, well it's no big deal because he couldn't keep the 6 month, 500K per month promise he made in August 2017. What's another promise broken if he replaces it with another promise.
Do you really think he purchased a factory in Kuala Lampur if he could barely make a 10% Cogosense payment? He has only paid for a new mold that a KL factory (not his) is going to produce units for. That should be so easy to understand at this point given the lack of cash flow.
Onci is a one product company at this time. Mentioning other "arms" of the company is a waste of time at this point unless Cogosense sales are not going as well as he says they are. If he cannot buy Cogosense or international factories, what makes you think he can buy marijuana companies or set up mobile dental practices? Berman has not yet proven that he has sizable cash flow. I would expect to see a large international order (Turkey) at a huge volume discount (say $100 - 125 per unit) at Cash in Advance in order to get money in the door to make some sort of large payment to Cogosense. Unless he has a sugar daddy in the wings this is his only option imo.
