ACS is clearly building up a pipeline of delayed Revenues with Government and others
ACS is involved with delivering PCI security measures that feature MFOOBA and encryption services for merchants services, the PCI march 2018 implementation deadline coincides with the end of the 1st quarter.
How much in PCI revenues ACS received in the 1st quarter How many merchants implemented all the PCI measures before or after the deadline is any body's guess. However there WILL be significant revenues.
However ACS has worked years positioning itself to be a big player in PCI cyber security and provides the most emphasized services in the PCI guidelines and will receive significant revenues from merchant services utilizing these premium services from ACS.
The US government may have delayed payments due to budget wrangling , but always pays its bills. ACS /McAfee or other vendors have no control over timing of payments.
However ACS, McAfee and others big name service providers will get paid.
All cyber security vendors dealing with the government are more than willing to patient for the huge payouts the government is willing to pay to shore up its inadequate cyber defense systems.
Payments are guaranteed. We know ACS is is involved in US ARMY deal and others with McAfee.
I am expecting as Govt payments are released, we will see the US Army money and a lot more very soon.
Encryption and MFOOBA are McAfee premium security layers for enterprise, PCs, Cell phone and more.
McAfee is featuring these premium SFOR licensed programs for their existing customers and the new. ACS is poised to have a breakout year and get a boatload of money.
Its guaranteed that SFOR will get paid.
We all know Intel has built into its chips MFOOBA that are now in various devices that are currently selling in the market place.
Delays always create anxiety as the delays could be legit or to deceive.
Ropes and Grey would never get involved with a non legit company. We have seen the headlines of deals (thanks ZPaul)
Hang in there! While some revenues might have snuck into the 1st quarter, I don't have big expectations. But starting this month I feel the payments will flow in with a stream building into a river.
I truly expect anytime, to see PR's confirming payments being received between today, now in April continuing in May and beyond, that will show up in the 2nd quarter earnings reports.
Mark has said revenues are under way. So we are very close.
