At least ARCA and OTCX lose their shorting safety net in six days. Then they know, they are in the danger zone. If they have a short position anywhere from the start of Mark's specified timeframe (in six days) to the end of it (15 May) they are vulnerable to loss! Once Mark issues his promised large deal PR it will incinerate any short positions.
