What most don't seem to understand is that all of the things that are viewed as "negative" can all be solved with money. A few harvests with $$$ and the loan is paid back early and they can pay a team of professionals to clean up anything else that needs done - although that is already in the works, meaning the 10K is on the way and so will be the quarterly.
