does DD reveal this sector is expanding?
are there other companies that have successfully created and sold a product comparable to P2O?
are any of them public so that true comps can be evaluated and retail can invest?
competition is a an excellent incentive *imo* and is *healthy* for all sorts of reasons
competition also provides options to mgmt if so inclined to pursue
last week P2O filed their 10K on time and included in that filing the MA between RC (a proven forerunner of sourcing funds .. and installing .. for/a competitor's product several years back)
every single long that i've interacted with re: the MA has noted that the MA was well crafted and that the *give and take* between parties articulated intent
so as i noted last week .. now that that MA has been filed .. the next deadline is later this month ..
it comes down to mgmt and RC as to what gets filed next
imo anytime prior to this MA being filed .. those who've actively worked against every aspect of P2O .. have run off any new *eyes* .. and to pretend otherwise is disingenuous .. which tells me that what changes that is mgmt's ability to execute
and articulate
monies exchanged .. a truly independent BoD .. an AGM being held .. updates on other sales being worked on .. *intent* re: blending site and NF plant .. and so on
bottom line is *imo* .. there isn't much to discuss until mgmt provides talking points .. MA has been discussed in depth by actual P2O investors .. many of whom liked what was written
this actual investor looks forward to what mgmt files next ..
