just checked with the sec. TPAC filing status has no bearing on the launch of an ICO. pun intended.....
they are two different securities.
they did also note that if Bill wants to allocate ico funds to a tpac buyback, there is nothing restricting him from doing so if it's laid out in the ico plans.
