Is it possible the caveat emptor has not been removed due to the legal situation (all three of them)?
Furthermore, since the legal situation should be resolved shortly, considering the first payment should have been received from Bridgeport, according to David Foley recently, then we should see the warning sign removed this week or so.
Responses from IR indicate it is beyond their control, although they didn't seem to go into specifics as to why, other than that their paperwork had been sent months ago.
In that case, if the monetary settlement has been distributed to Long Side Ventures this week as David Foley had promised in the CC, we should then see the caveat emptor sign removed very soon.
Let's see if the company can follow through on this.
