Billy, why don't you explain to us plebs what this means: "subject to customary adjustments."
Oh and by the way posters and readers, don't believe this numbskull. Companies cannot go private without a vote of and approval of a majority of shareholders. As they write on the iHub TAUG message board all the time, it's state law.
Billy has already tried and failed to bully his way on to the DECN BOD in order to manipulate the stock, I mean HIS stock, for personal gain.
P.S. I totally understand that there are shareholders and former shareholders that are hell bent on killing as much of DECN's and Mr. Berman's legacy as they can --- whatever is left, all over current share price. Billy is one of those people. Multiple posting names, multiple message boards. All negative. Definitive statements about management conspiracies without a hint of proof. Anger in every word. And all with strong hints that HE can do better, that HE is the savior. The fact is that none of it is true. His conspiracy statements cannot even be tortured into some form of truth.
