If you're money was gone it would show zero in your account statement. A company that goes dark or private doesn't continue to update shareholders and post on public media or needs too really. They would have no reason to need to do that for us unless to advertise their product..
If the KBM situation was behind us we would be trading today. I believe it hinged on the KBM situation first.
As for raising money and making money. Both go hand in hand. For a company to expand it would need to make a considerable amount of money. and if they have plans to expand quickly with an aggressive marketing and business plan then the company needs to RAISE capital to do so. it would not be enough just through sales of their product.
I believe these are the things happening behind closed doors. Another thing to consider are those who don't want HJOE to succeed. We know who they are and for this reason HJOE has to be careful as to what is released publicly. As much as this hurts it is the best for everyone.
