Why not take the website live with a notice payment will be accepted in a few days? Because it would make RMHB look like a total idiot. A publicly-traded company with a launch declaration of incompetence? Seems like a bad idea to me.
This investor community is in a bit of a lather right now. Why the delays? Why is the price so low? Is management really doing what they say? It's this (understandable) context that makes a notion like yours (going half-live, so to speak) seem reasonable. It's a strategy, I believe, not for maximizing revenue but for minimizing anxiety.
Management has a different context. Come out of the gate fast and professional, and kick ass when we do. I'm sure they're aggravated by the delay. The good news is that it hasn't caused them, so far as I know, to make a bad decision.
