If you believe the polls Trump is in the mid to upper 30's for approval. throw out Rasmussen and it's low to mid 30's.
However, when the election was held 96% of Republicans, and enough disaffected Dems, were sufficient for the electoral college win.

Yep, them's the folks who gave the electoral college win to Trump.
IF the Chinese tariffs are imposed the GOP can kiss the votes from most of those folks goodbye.
