Yes, the SEC picked the low-hanging fruit. That doesn't mean they pick ALL the fruit.
What a great PR gift Shkreli was -- everyone prosecuting him got bragging rights and lots of media attention for going after the bad guy, and yet they let others get away with awful acts.
What about that CEO who utterly falsified the accuracy of those blood test machines that they were going to install in all the Walgreen's stores -- but not only did their proprietary machines not work, they were just cobbled-together machines from currently-existing technology. The CEO had to know about this -- and this is a MASSIVE fraud. Yet, there are no criminal charges against her.
