Here is another company in Canada that recently got financing. Notice the stock is not in the money when complete. Unlike EVIO whereas the stock was double the PPS and warrants were already up 50%. Thank God we are getting new management and a new CFO so this never happens. In reality this was the worst toxic deal to date.
