Let's say TPG buys out ACS. With our main vendor now theirs, it's a case of eating an elephant, one bite at a time. The next bite after the vendor is digested is the supplier of the IP, SFOR. All TPG needs to know, is that there is no more legal cloud over that IP that could give them heartburn. Then they will gulp us down and pay the tab in Billions of dollars to cashier, Mark Kay. IMHO.
