$INSY INSY continues to see minor movement in share price. Investors appear to be waiting for a MAJOR up/down movement to make a final decision about what they will do long term.
To me, EVERTHING currently known about the company makes its stock a positive investment. The share price range has been $15 to $5 over the past 6 months or so. Currently it is hovering around $6....and this price is after some pretty negative news. The Executive Management has remained both active and vocal in acknowledging and dealing with PAST questionable activities. the current and future court issues are much more transparent than I have ever seen with other companies in litigation. Will there be more 'Bad Times'? Possibly. However, the current Executive staff HAS provided updates on legal activities AS WELL AS continuing to advance the R&D of future products. Additionally, the current APPROVED crop of medications are providing revenues.
This is not a quick trip to the local corner store. It is a long journey; maybe NOT for the weak or short sighted.
