FWIW, I don't think this is a technical problem. It's a vendor issue. That could mean something like a bug in the payment gateway, which I guess is a technical issue too; it could be an uncertainty in the product supply line (you don't want to be selling gummi bears if you don't have the whatever that goes into them). I am not in the slightest concerned about the delay in launching the website. This stuff happens, and I'd much rather have a management team that chooses getting it right and launching with quality to being slapdash and hurried. A week here or there doesn't matter. (If you're looking at a longer time frame, absolutely. Cash flow etc.)
I'd also add that all this is unfolding against the backdrop of a long history of unkept promises. It is understandable if this makes us antsy. I am choosing to believe, for now, that this management team is different.
