My original point, which got loss somewhere, was if supply (selling at bid) is greater than demand (buying at ask), the stock is likely to decline. I’m sure everyone knows this. I believe I was able to prove where the constant supply came from with numbers and logic. Base on my observations during the decline, the demand just wasn’t enough. I said the reason could either be longs have reached their buying power or they have placed lowball orders, which is understandable.
My second point was if everyone places lowball orders instead of hitting the ask, the stock isn’t likely to go up. Then the conversation was digressed after that. You think the lowball orders help set the floor price and I think they do more harm than good to the stock. The good sign is volume has reduced by almost half this week, which tells me Aspire has fewer shares, if any, to sell.
