Which of the thus far indicted defendants' lawyers has made any one of the arguments listed on behalf of their clients?
That encapsulates the stupidity of the entire piece Imagine any 'subject'/suspect telling law enforcement at any level "you can't investigate me, I've committed no crimes."
As for 'they wanted.......'? Calls for speculation, overruled.
