NTEK Entertainment Board
Why was this posted deleted? I would like the particulars because this is a continual problem on the NTEK board.
Hello,
I'm sorry to bother you. I think I had read something like this before. Can you provide the link to these projections? If they actually turn out to be true, I think all shareholders will be very happy in the end.
However, we do know that some projections put forth by NTEK in the past have been at the very least misleading.
But, hopefully, the funding will be used to make these projections a reality.
Also, I think David Foley should buy shares on the open market to show, at the very least, his confidence that the stock will perform exceptionally in the future. Or, possibly, the new board members can buy common shares once the funds are released and, finally, their plans can turn into tangible progress.
David didn't have an issue in 2013-2014 owning shares when the stock went from sub-penny to .17. (I don't recall if he issued himself shares or he bought them on the open market).
So why not now?
It is still very confusing and suspicious, and having been frustrated earlier by the company, I would think David would do anything in his power to instill confidence that shareholders can eventually make their money back (that's what the surveys were supposedly for?) by buying common shares; this would be a very direct and visceral route of promoting confidence, and as a result, would provide assurance to long-term shareholders. In fact, this is precisely done in biotechnology stocks all the time, as well as in virtually all other areas of industry; it is a very common practice. Form 4's can perform miracles on the dead.
I understand that NTEK employees may have their own money invested in the company, but without audits, and my own diminished confidence, I am still concerned that dilution will take place further down the road. At this point, there is no point in selling; although, I have thought of averaging down further when the right actions are taken by the company.
Purchasing shares on the open market can effectively serve as a light deterrent in potentially destroying shareholder value, and, in effect, their own monetary value.
Good day to all long-term shareholders.
